1. Introduction

Thank you for using the PASCAL website ("website"). This section contains information about the terms and conditions governing your use of the website, as well as information on the service you can expect from us. This website is operated by PASCAL London Ltd (registered in England no. 6370631), referred to as PASCAL/we/our/us.

Please ensure you read though these terms and conditions carefully before using this website as your use of this website signifies your acceptance of these terms. We also advise you print a copy for future reference.

Our intention is to provide the highest quality of goods and service. If you have any queries or comments, please send an e-mail to info@pascal-jewellery.com.

2. Products

We endeavour to provide you with an accurate impression of and information on our products through the website. However, please note that images are not to scale and colours shown will vary according to the settings of your computer.

  • If a product is shown to be out of stock on the website, it will usually be available in one of our outlets.

3. Prices

  • All prices are current retail prices in Pounds Sterling and are the same as the prices in our stores. Prices include VAT at the rate of 17.5%.
  • Whilst we endeavour to ensure that prices on the website are correct, errors can occur. If there is an error in the price of the goods you have ordered you will be contacted as soon as possible. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

4. Order Process

  • The placing of an order on the website is an offer, not a contract of sale. You will receive an email from Worldpay confirming that your transaction has been successfully processed. However, no contract will exist between yourself and PASCAL until you receive a confirmation email from PASCAL detailing the products you have ordered. We advise that you keep both the transaction and confirmation email.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
  • Rings can be purchased online in sizes L, M and N. We endeavour to keep these sizes in stock. However, should we not have the size ordered to hand there may be a delay in delivery. In such circumstances we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery time. You will then have the option of continuing with or cancelling your order. Further ring sizes may be ordered through our outlets.
  • In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will re-credit your credit card with the original amount and you will be notified by email. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any additional amounts.
  • We accept VISA, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Switch, Solo and VISA Electron.

5. Delivery

  • UK delivery costs £5 per package. Orders over £150 will be posted free of charge.
  • European delivery costs £12 per package. Orders over £400 will be posted free of charge.
  • Delivery to USA and Japan costs £15 per package. Orders over £400 will be posted free of charge.
  • We aim to deliver all items by insured delivery within 3-5 working days. However, deliveries outside of the UK may take longer. For security purposes all our deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is secure and that you, or someone on your behalf, is available to sign for the delivery. PASCAL accepts no responsibility for someone signing for your delivery without your authority.
  • We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. PASCAL shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. If the delivery time is longer or an item is out of stock we will inform you by email.
  • All risk of loss and damage of products passes to you at the time when the products are delivered.

6. Packaging

  • Gift wrapping is complementary on all purchases. All items will be beautifully presented in an appropriate PASCAL box and tied with PASCAL ribbon.

7. Returns

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an order up to 21 days after receipt.
  • Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, accompanied by the box and the invoice (sent to the purchaser of the goods). We recommend you keep a copy of the invoice for your own records. Returns not accompanied by all of its original documentation will not be honoured. Please note that all returned jewellery will be checked to ensure it is in its original condition, before refunds are issued.
  • You should inform us that you are returning the item by e-mailing us at customerservice@pascal-jewellery.com, including your phone number in the e-mail.
  • Please return items to PASCAL, PO Box 26187, London SW8 1ZB, UK. For your own benefit we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit. PASCAL will not take responsibility for returned jewellery in transit.
  • The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price of the item(s). Provided that the item(s) is in its original condition and the above information is provided you will receive a prompt refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. We aim to make the refund within 10 days of receipt of the original goods. PASCAL will not refund any postage costs.
  • If there are any problems with your refund you will be contacted by a PASCAL representative. Other queries should be sent to customerservice@pascal-jewellery.com.
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our outlets.

8. Cancellations and Exchanges

  • If you have made a mistake and wish to cancel an order please contact us immediately at customerservice@pascal-jewellery.com quoting your order number.
  • If your order has already been shipped then please follow the instructions for Returns.
  • Products may not be directly exchanged. Instead you must return the product (as above) for a refund and re-order a replacement product. This will mean two transactions on your credit card.
  • Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at any of our outlets.

9. Damaged and defective items

  • We check all dispatched items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days.
  • A PASCAL representative will assist you in resolving any issues as quickly as possible by delivering another item, replacing your order or refunding the amount paid.
  • Products purchased online that are deemed to be defective, damaged or not what you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our outlets.

  • PASCAL uses Worldpay to process all debit, credit and charge card payments.
  • Worldpay recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So they use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. In reality, an online purchase is probably more secure than a card transaction conducted in a shop, over the telephone or by fax - because WorldPay ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted using complex logarithmic methods. 12. Privacy

  • We take your privacy as an individual and as a customer seriously and will not pass on your details to any third parties.
  • Any personal data gathered by us in your use of this site will only be used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
  • PASCAL will use your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order or any reminder service you have. Occasionally, we will update you on relevant PASCAL news, but only with your permission. You can choose to unsubscribe from this mailing at any point.

13. Disclaimer

  • PASCAL endeavour to ensure the information contained within this website is up to date, factually correct and free of technical errors. However, PASCAL cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors or incorrect information.
  • We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
  • By using this site, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site or any other sites that link to or from this site.
  • If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments. However, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.

14. Legal Governance

  • Your use of this site and any contract between you and PASCAL for the sale of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
  • We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and will post the new version on the website when we do so. Your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of those new terms.
